Ideal Breakfast Plan

Formula 1 Shake:

• Calorie-controlled: Approximately 220 kcal per serving
• Rich in protein from dairy and soy (18g per serving)
• Provides essential vitamins and minerals.

Instant Herbal Beverage:

• Gives you an energy boost in the morning, replaces your coffee and tea
• Low calorie – approx 6 kcal per serving
• One cup of Instant Herbal Beverage contains 85mg of caffeine to help increase alertness and improve concentration

Herbal Aloe Concentrate -Mango

• Helps you achieve 2 litres per day
• Contains 40% Aloe Vera juice derived from the Aloe Vera leaf
• Contains 2 kcal per 15ml serving

Mix 2 scoops (26g) of Formula 1 with between 200-300ml of milk (if not using the Protein Drink Mix- PDM). If using the PDM (advised) you will replace your milk with 2 scoops of PDM and just add water. Shake or blend your shake until smooth - option to blend with ice.
